Your new day to day:
- Deliver engaging onboarding, refresher and skills-based training across our operational teams.
- Coordinate site inductions, competency assessments and training plans to support workforce capability and compliance.
- Maintain training records, matrices and LMS data, ensuring training requirements remain current and audit-ready.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Safety and People & Culture leaders to identify training needs and development opportunities.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials, Safe Work Instructions and learning processes to enhance the employee experience.
