Role Overview
This is a full‑time position responsible for leading and coordinating residential construction projects, including planning, budgeting, procurement, compliance oversight, and onsite execution. Job Duties
- Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and coordinates construction of civil engineering projects and buildings.
- Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversees procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.
- Manages contractors, consultants, and construction teams on site.
- Monitors project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost performance.
- Consults with architects, engineers, and trades workers to ensure design and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiates contracts, variations, and resolves disputes with stakeholders.
- Prepares and presents project reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
- Implements risk management and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years’ proven experience in construction project management or building development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple housing projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising construction teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Familiarity with project management software, budgeting tools, and construction compliance systems.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of project outcomes, and deliver within time and budget.
