Construction Labourer

Dash Group Trades & Labour is seeking experienced Construction Labourers for long-term commercial and civil construction projects across Toowoomba.

We’re working with leading builders delivering major multi-storey residential developments, school projects, and fitouts throughout Toowoomba.

These projects offer consistent full-time hours and ongoing work for reliable, ticketed labourers.

About the Role You’ll be working on active high-rise apartment sites, supporting site teams with duties such as:

• Assisting with general site labouring and construction tasks
• Operating basic site equipment and access platforms where required
• Carrying out minor concrete patching, repairs and finishing works
• Supporting trades and supervisors across multiple work areas
• Handling materials, loading/unloading and keeping work areas organised
• Maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment
• Following site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

What You’ll Need

• White Card (essential)
• Previous high-rise or large commercial construction experience
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable and available for ongoing work
