Our client is a Queensland wide provider of Speech Pathology and Audiology services. They operate state-wide and support people of all ages from newborn babies, to toddlers, school age children, and adults.
About the role:
This permanent full-time outreach position will see you providing high-quality clinical care 2 days per week from either our Upper Mount Gravatt or Ashgrove clinics, and 3 days per week at our Sunshine Coast clinic (flexibility for 3 days in Brisbane and 2 days on the Sunshine Coast can be considered).
As an Outreach Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload, including paediatric clients
- Conduct assessments, therapy, diagnosis, and reporting
- Deliver evidence-based intervention and client-centred care
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to innovation and service excellence in clinical programs

Requirements:
- Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain
- Open driver's licence with flexibility to travel and stay overnight on the Sunshine Coast (accommodation and travel costs covered as per policy)
- Clinical expertise and confidence managing a diverse and complex caseload
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
- A passion for working with families and clients of all ages, especially children
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
