Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering Perdaman Industries’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. This plant will be Australia’s largest and among the largest globally, with sustainable production processes. We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join the Perdaman Project team in Karratha, WA on a 19:9 roster. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management within the project to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a 19:9 site-based roster
