Our client is a boutique financial advice practice with a strong reputation for personalised client service and a flexible remote working model. Established for many years, the business provides holistic financial advice to a diverse client base and is now seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join the team with a clear pathway towards business ownership and succession.

This is an exciting opportunity for an adviser who is looking to take the next step in their career, manage an existing client base and ultimately transition into a practice ownership role. The position is predominantly remote, with onboarding and collaboration available locally.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of financial advice clients
• Provide holistic financial advice across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, personal insurance and wealth strategies
• Develop strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for future growth
• Prepare and implement compliant advice strategies within a retail advice framework
• Manage client reviews, advice preparation and ongoing servicing requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and succession of the practice

About you:

• Experienced Financial Adviser with a strong background in holistic financial planning
• Demonstrated experience managing and building client relationships
• Strong technical knowledge across superannuation, retirement planning and investment advice
• Experience with SMSF advice would be highly regarded
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Interested in a long-term opportunity involving equity and business ownership
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering personalised client outcomes
