Job Description

·      Lead high-impact IT programs for an ASX200 technology company

Are you looking to lead major transformation programs that will shape digital customer experience and data capability?

This is a high-impact opportunity to work internally at Data#3 to deliver complex, cross-business initiatives where strong stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery discipline will be critical to success.

In this role you will:

·      Lead delivery of customer platforms and data programs to agreed scope, timelines and quality standards

·      Maintain program plans, schedules, governance and reporting to track progress, risks and dependencies

·      Partner with senior stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to align priorities and deliver outcomes

·      Manage integrated program environments across platforms, vendors and business units

·      Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and variations to minimise delivery impact

·      Support business change by engaging stakeholders and driving alignment across teams

About You

You are motivated, commercially minded Program Manager comfortable developing and managing scope and priorities and you will bring:

·      Recent experience delivering large-scale, integrated software, application, product or platform programs

·      Strong stakeholder management skills across senior business leaders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners

·      Experience working across complex systems, business processes and integrated platform environments

·      Strong governance, reporting, planning, risk and variation management capability

·      A confident communication style, with the ability to create alignment, raise risks early and influence positive change
