The Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans. You will provide insight‑driven advice, coach and challenge leaders, and ensure alignment with enterprise‑wide HR priorities. You will also bring in the right expertise from centres of excellence, including Talent, ER, and Reward, at the right time to support business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to develop people plans that support business objectives
- Providing insight‑driven advice using data, trends, and workforce analytics
- Coaching and constructively challenging leaders to lift capability and performance
- Ensuring alignment with enterprise‑wide HR priorities and frameworks
- Connecting leaders with specialist expertise from centres of excellence as needed
- Supporting core people processes including performance, talent, and workforce planning
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience as a Business Partner or similar role
- Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and best HR practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall people agenda
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment preferred
