Summerbliss Pty Ltd t/a Noodling is seeking a Chef / Cook to join our restaurant in Cannington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes
- Management of kitchen operations
- Maintaining quality of food of all stages of food preparation
- Management of safe and hygienic work environment
- Training kitchen staff
- Working in a team environment
- Working alongside owner and contributing towards menu
- Working efficiently under pressure
- Working in line with budgets
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels
To be considered for this position, you will need to hold a relevant culinary qualification and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
You will also need to have proven experience working with Japanese cuisine.
A remuneration package between $79,499 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
