Due to increased demand, they are looking for multiple Customer Care & Administration Officers to provide vital support to their busy complaints team. With full training provided and an immediate start available, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role through to the end of the year while gaining valuable experience in a professional corporate environment.

Your new role
Working within a high-volume customer complaints team, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the resolution process. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, gathering information, providing updates on complaint progress, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Alongside customer interactions, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support the wider team.
Full training will be provided on systems, processes, and the role itself.
Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to gather information and provide updates regarding their enquiries or complaints
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain a professional, empathetic approach
  • Raise and manage tickets within internal systems
  • Generate and maintain reports using Excel
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Undertake general administrative duties to support the complaints team
  • Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely follow-up with customers and stakeholders
  • Assist with managing and reviewing customer feedback, including Google Reviews
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous customer service, contact centre, call centre, or administration experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with customers
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

What you'll get in return
