Job Description
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage Import/Export operations across various APAC countries.
- Collaborate with customs, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline supply chain activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any logistical issues or delays effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on logistics performance and costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within logistics operations.
- Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Specialist should have:
- Thai & English proficiency
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the life science industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
