- Perform painting and spray-painting tasks on various products and surfaces.
- Prepare paint and apply it using brushes, rollers, and spray-guns.

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in the painting industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform painting & spray-painting tasks on a variety of products, surfaces and structures
- Prepare paint to the desired colour and consistency, mixing portions of pigment, thinning and drying additives
- Apply paints, primers and stains to surface using brushes, rollers and spray-guns
- Prepare structures/items/parts for the application of paint/coating (sanding, cleaning, masking, filling holes/cracks, sealing surfaces etc)
- Comply with job cards and company procedure to ensure client specifications are met
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Protect surrounding areas, place drop sheets to protect from paint splattering/droplets
- Prioritise workflow and ensure work is completed to quality standards
- Comply with OH&S guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
- Assist in other tasks on the factory floor as required
Skills & Requirements
- Painting experience 2+ years
- Experience with cleaning, filling holes/cracks, sealing surfaces and masking
- High attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
