Electronic Assembler | Brisbane
Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Assembler to join their Brisbane manufacturing team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated electronic and mechanical products used across a range of industrial applications.
You’ll be responsible for assembling, testing and supporting the production of technical equipment, working closely with a skilled team in a quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components using technical drawings and work instructions
- Perform soldering, wiring and mechanical assembly
- Conduct product testing, inspections and quality checks
- Identify and report faults, defects and production issues
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Assist with inventory, component kitting, packing and dispatch
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area
- Contribute to continuous improvement across production processes
- 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday
- $33.85-$36.85
- 6 month contract with genuine view to permanency
About You
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or assembly
- Hands-on experience with electronic and/or mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics and work instructions
- Soldering and wiring experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience with electronics testing or ERP systems highly regarded
