About the role
As Centre Director at Goodstart Nambour – City View Terrace, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, guiding the operation of the centre while supporting and developing Teachers, Educators, and future leaders.
You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community while ensuring the centre delivers exceptional educational outcomes and operates as a sustainable, high-performing business.
In this role, you'll:
✨ Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
✨ Build and mentor a talented team of early learning professionals
✨ Foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
✨ Lead centre operations, compliance, quality, and performance
✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders
✨ Plan for the future success of the centre by building attendance and maintaining a sustainable business
✨ Drive high-quality outcomes for children and families

What you'll bring
✔ Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
✔ Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
✔ Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
✔ Strong commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management experience
✔ Proven leadership capability and ability to inspire and develop teams
✔ Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
