Facilities Manager
- Manage day-to-day operations of mixed-use commercial, healthcare and retail assets.
- Coordinate maintenance programs and oversee contractor activity.

- Take ownership of day to day operations, stakeholder engagement, and building performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Facilities Managers with strong commercial, retail or mixed‑use backgrounds.
- Experience in managing commercial, healthcare and/or retail assets is essential.
- Strong understanding of hard services, maintenance coordination and building operations.
- Proven experience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs.
About the role
As a Facilities Manager in QLD, you’ll independently manage the day‑to‑day operations of a mixed‑use commercial, healthcare and retail asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, functional and well‑presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity.
- Monitor the building’s condition, identify issues early and drive timely follow‑up while acting as the main on‑site contact for clients and occupiers.
- Work closely with the owner’s on‑site representative to manage building priorities, expectations and operational needs.
- Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure safe, compliant and low‑disruption operations across the site.
- Maintain accurate records and respond to daily operational issues, including work orders, compliance documentation and incident follow‑up.
