About the role
As the Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately six team members, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast paced retail environment. Leading from the front, you'll oversee daily store operations including rostering, merchandising, stock control and inventory management, while ensuring the store consistently looks its best. You'll also be responsible for executing promotional campaigns and developing your team through consistent training and upskilling.
Skills and experience:
- Previous retail management experience, ideally within a fast paced environment
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing demands.
- Natural relationship building skills with a genuine focus on people and customer service.
- Sound cash handling and point of sale experience.
- A positive, proactive leader who leads by example and inspires those around them
