Your new role
As the ICT Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into successful delivery outcomes. Working across multiple projects and initiatives, you will:
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation sessions
- Develop process maps, AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
- Create functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and business documentation
- Manage and maintain product backlogs alongside project and delivery teams
- Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Coordinate and support testing, UAT activities and implementation outcomes
- Partner closely with business SMEs, project managers, vendors and technical teams to drive successful project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise technology environments
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement experience
- Proven capability facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience producing business requirements, user stories and supporting Agile delivery teams
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio and the Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
