As a Resthaven Customer Service Manager, Paradise & Eastern Community Services, you will enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative setting, using your leadership skills to support our community services teams. This role provides you with variety in a day-to-day operational setting, contributing to the provision of worthwhile, meaningful service to our clients, reflecting our values of Trust, Dignity and Respect.
The role is responsible for ensuring that person-centred care and services are delivered effectively, and that our services are timely and coordinated subject to individual client need. The Customer Service Manager is also responsible on focusing on business outcomes and directly contributing to a positive team culture. Located at our Community Services office at Paradise, this role is offered as a permanent full-time position.
Essential Criteria:
- Completion of formal training in management practices and/or experience in a similar management role.
- Experience working in an environment of community care.
- Ability to provide leadership that motivates your team to ensure the provision of quality client focused services.
- A degree or qualifications in a relevant health science or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Home Care Standards
- Drivers licence
