Volunteer Gardener
- Plant and maintain raised gardens, including planting, watering, weeding and general outdoor beautification.
- Invite and accompany residents to spend time in the garden and have friendly conversations with them.
- Volunteer for a weekly 90-minute session on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, with a keen interest in gardening and a friendly, patient approach.

Are you ready to share your passion for nature and bring warmth, colour, and beauty to our community? We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Volunteer Gardener to help maintain our vibrant raised gardens and brighten our residents' days.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planting, watering, weeding, and tending to flowers, herbs, and garden beds.
- Assisting with general outdoor beautification and maintaining clean, pleasant environment.
- Inviting and accompanying residents to enjoy spending time outdoors in the garden spaces
- Engaging in friendly, uplifting conversations with residents while working in their garden.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability: Monday, Wednesdays or Fridays 10.30 am until 12.00 noon
- Experience: A keen interest or basic experience in gardening, plant care, or outdoor maintenance
- Heart: A genuine passion for supporting seniors and making their day a little brighter.
- People Skills: Friendly, patient, and a great listener - our residents love a chat so be ready to swap a story and spread positivity
