Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a dynamic Not for Profit organisation that have a range of services that support women in the Western Sydney area to recruit for a Programs Manager on a full time permanent basis.
Role
This position is responsible for managing a range of services including Counselling, Domestic Violence Support, Case Management and Community Engagement.
The role leads multidisciplinary teams and ensures safe, high-quality, culturally safe, trauma-informed and person-centred services that promote women’s safety, wellbeing and empowerment.
With significant autonomy, the position oversees service delivery, compliance, workforce leadership, continuous improvement, service planning and innovation, contributing to strong operational performance and organisational development.
Candidate
- Qualifications in Psychology or Counselling, Social Work or related field.
- Experience in managing counselling, case management or DFV services
- Operational and change management experience
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
