Bid Coordinator - Contract

About the Role
Our client, a leading fitout and refurbishment head contractor, needs contract bid support through to Christmas. They’d like a go-to person they can bring back in when tender volume picks up in the new year. You’ll support the Bid Manager across VIC tenders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Formatting tenders, EOIs and capability statements in InDesign using existing brand templates
• Building CVs, project profiles and supporting collateral
• Completing tender forms and returnable schedules
• Cross-checking submissions against the tender brief before lodgement
• Chasing content from estimating, project and safety teams to deadline
• Proofreading and version control through to final sign-off

About You

• 2+ years in a Bid Coordinator role, ideally with a commercial builder or fitout contractor
• Strong InDesign skills (this is a must)
• Comfortable working across Word, Acrobat and the Adobe Suite
• Organised and accurate under tender deadlines
• Available immediately for approx. 25 hrs/week

• $65–$80/hr + super (depending on experience)
• Flexible hours, around 25 per week

A CBD-based fitout and refurbishment head contractor working with blue-chip clients across workplace, lobby upgrade and refurbishment projects. They’ve grown steadily on repeat business and have a strong bid team you’ll slot straight into.
