Safety Business Partner

Champion a safety-first culture in this fast-paced and dynamic organisation.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving health, safety and risk outcomes across operational, production and logistics environments. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will provide expert advice, lead safety initiatives and help foster a proactive, high-performing safety culture.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will:

• Lead and maintain the organisation's OHS strategy, systems and governance framework
• Drive incident investigations, hazard management and corrective actions
• Partner with operational leaders to improve safety performance and capability
• Manage regulator engagement, compliance obligations and injury management processes
• Analyse safety data and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations
• Conduct site audits, safety observations and risk assessments across multiple locations
• Support ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion a positive, practical and risk-based safety culture

To be successful, you will bring:

• Strong knowledge of Victorian OHS legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience within manufacturing, logistics, industrial or operational environments
• Demonstrated experience leading investigations and managing workplace risk
• Sound understanding of WorkSafe, injury management and return-to-work processes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability
• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously
