Your new role
- Coordinate and supervise daily site operations
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections
- Monitor project progress and maintain site records
- Drive compliance with WHS and quality standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades on site
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong understanding of safety and construction processes
Desirable
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Trade qualification
- Commercial, civil or infrastructure project experience
