About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our network of centres throughout the South West Sydney region.
Our centres include:

• Fairfield
• Gregory Hills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality education and care in partnership with a collaborative team.
• Foster positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
• Maintain a safe, clean and inspiring learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding children's progress and wellbeing.
• Embed Montessori principles into everyday teaching practices.
• Contribute positively to centre culture and team success.
• For Room Leaders, mentor and support educators while leading educational excellence within your room.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive, positive and professional approach.
• Previous leadership experience (highly regarded for Room Leader positions).
