Assembly Coordinator
- Support the Assembly Supervisor and Line Leaders on the High Risk Assembly floor.
- Drive quality outcomes and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive team culture.
- Ensure safety compliance and operational performance by coaching the team and tracking production metrics.
About the role: About the role: Step into a key support role on our High Risk Assembly floor! As Assembly Coordinator, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Assembly Supervisor and Line Leaders to keep production running smoothly, driving quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and a team culture built on clear direction, open communication, and success. It's also a great opportunity to boost engagement and retention across the team.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 1:54pm – 10pm
What you'll be doing:
Safety & Quality
- Lead by example on safety culture and compliance
- Partner with QA to drive meal quality
Training & Support
- Bring our How We Work Together Commitments to life
- Coach the team on correct processes and standards
Operational Performance
- Support Line Leaders to hit agreed line rates
- Keep production on schedule, flagging issues early
- Own downtime tracking, GMP, and Right First Time outcomes
