Concreters – Major Perth Projects
Perth Metro | $48/hr + Penalties & Allowances | 50+ Hours/Week | 4–6 Months + Potential Permanent
CrewSELECT is seeking 3 experienced Concreters to join a well-established civil construction contractor working across major projects in Perth.
You’ll initially be working on the Midland Rail Project, completing structural formwork across retaining walls, columns, stairs and suspended slabs. There is also ongoing work across other projects, including the Australian Hockey Stadium, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidates.
What’s on Offer?
- $48 per hour + penalties + allowances
- 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
- 50 hours per week guaranteed
- Potential Saturday work
- Approx. 4–6 months of confirmed work
- Opportunity to move into a permanent role
- Major Perth-based civil construction projects
- Meal allowance after 1.5 hours OT – $19
- Daily travel allowance – $21.94
- Weekly tool allowance – $39.60
About the Role
Working as part of an experienced civil construction crew, your duties will include:
- Concrete for retaining walls
- Columns
- Stairs
- Suspended slabs
- Reading plans and completing formwork to specification
- Working with hand and power tools
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
- Assisting across general civil construction activities as required
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Carpentry or concreting/formwork experience
- Previous civil construction experience – mining experience also considered
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- White Card
- Own battery drill and basic hand tools
- Own boots and work pants
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
RIW Card
A current RIW Card is highly regarded due to the rail project requirements.
