About the Client:

We are looking for a HR Driver/Installer who will be responsible for the safe delivery and installation of highly sensitive technical equipment to our customers across the local region.
  
Duties:

• Must be able to operate a manual shift truck
• Operate a heavy rigid vehicle to deliver and install a wide variety of sensitive technical equipment at our customer sites.
• Safely load, secure and unload goods using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service, liaising with project staff and customer site contacts to coordinate deliveries and installations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the fleet in good condition.
• Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and safety policies
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as required.

Criteria:

• A current HR driver's licence (HR preferred) and experience operating heavy rigid vehicles (manual shift)
• Demonstrated experience in a similar delivery, installation, technical or trade/hands on role
• Commitment to safe work practices and a proactive approach to workplace health and safety
• Be available to travel (regional) and flexible to work varied hours including overtime, weekends and nights as required
• White card or willing to obtain one prior to commencement
• Clean criminal history
• Must have good driving record
