📍 Goodstart Maroochydore – Main Road, QLD located on the traditional lands of the Kabi Kabi / Gubbi Gubbi Peoples
🕒 Casual Employment | Flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
💰 Up to $48.29 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + Super

About the role
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Maroochydore – Main Road, you'll provide flexible support across the centre, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.
You'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.
In this role, you'll:
✨ Contribute to engaging, play-based educational programs
✨ Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day
✨ Create safe, welcoming, and nurturing learning environments
✨ Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
✨ Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
✨ Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
✨ Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement

About Goodstart Maroochydore – Main Road
🏡 Welcoming centre catering for children from six weeks to five years, across Nursery, Toddler, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten rooms. 
👶 Four learning rooms across a two-storey centre, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across different ages and developmental stages.
🌳 Two outdoor play areas designed to challenge, inspire, and encourage children to learn through play. 
🌱 Strong focus on sustainability, with initiatives including a worm farm, composting, recycling, and a water tank.
📚 Educational programs are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. 
🤝 Passionate and qualified team focused on children's individual needs, interests, strengths, and cultural backgrounds.
📍 Conveniently located near community facilities, public transport, schools, and local shops.
