Hays Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-regarded educational organisation in Peregian Beach to recruit an experienced Finance Officer for a temporary assignment of approximately 5 weeks. The position is fully site-based and would suit an experienced finance professional who can quickly step into a busy environment and provide support across a range of finance functions.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable processing and reconciliations
- Accounts Payable duties
- Invoice management and processing
- Supporting day-to-day finance administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Working across Xero and the school's internal system, Sentral
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Xero
- The ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Availability to work on-site in Peregian Beach for the duration of the assignment
