Council civil labourer:
A local council in the Southwestern part of Sydney is seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join the Civil Maintenance team.This is a hands-on outdoor role working on essential infrastructure projects across the local community.
What's on Offer?
- $43.15 per hour
- 38 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday roster (4-day work week)
- 6:00am to 4:00pm shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Concreting and reinstatement works
- Trenching and excavation
- Pipe laying and drainage works
- Kerb construction and repairs
- General civil labouring duties
- Operating hand and power tools
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
To be successful, you will have:
- Current Truck Licence (MR/HR)
- Previous civil construction or council experience
- Experience in concreting, trenching and pipe laying
- Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- White Card (essential)
