Their projects are defined by quality finishes, exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative approach with clients, architects and consultants.As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an Estimator / Contracts Administrator to play a key role in both pre-construction and project delivery.

Your new role
Working closely with company leadership, clients and project teams, you will have involvement across the full project life cycle.This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator looking to broaden their skill set into Contracts Administration, or for an experienced CA seeking greater exposure to estimating and commercial functions.Estimating

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Review plans, specifications and consultant documentation
  • Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Prepare cost plans and feasibility assessments
  • Assess price variations

Contracts Administration

  • Prepare and administer subcontract agreements
  • Issue purchase orders and procurement packages
  • Process progress claims and subcontractor payments
  • Monitor project budgets and cost reporting
  • Manage project documentation and contractual obligations
  • Assist with forecasting and financial reporting

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as an Estimator, Contract Administrator or a combined role within construction
  • Residential building experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relevant construction, building, quantity surveying or estimating qualifications
