Your new role
Working within the EWoC Assessment & Validation delivery approach, the Service Designers will apply service design, systems thinking, strategic foresight and human-centred research to identify opportunities, define future-state service experiences and support evidence-based decision-making. The roles will work closely with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are customer-centred, operationally viable and aligned to Council's strategic objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in working with virtual (and shared) teams
- Highly developed written skills (documentation, communications, and presentations)
- Highly organised with a focus on deliverables and able to work to deadlines as required.
- Strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Strong Emotional Intelligence
- Ability to perceive, manage, understand, and reason with emotions, as a team member, when working with others and when identifying the needs of disparate stakeholders with sensitivity
- Ability to adapt and change approaches, solutions and processes when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years Service Designer experience
- Strong understanding of solution design and solution architecture
- Information Architecture exposure; content structuring and user-centric design
- Proven experience in developing knowledge repositories
