Your new role
Due to continuedgrowth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager tojoin the business and take ownership of multiple projects across Sydney.
Projects typicallyrange from $2M to $10M, with a preference for candidates who have successfullydelivered projects valued at $5M+ as the lead Project Manager.
You will beresponsible for managing up to three projects concurrently, overseeing the fullproject lifecycle from planning and procurement through to delivery andhandover. Working closely with clients, consultants, site teams andsubcontractors, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are deliveredsafely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the commercial construction sector Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $5M+ from start to finish Exposure across workplace, commercial office, industrial, healthcare or hospitality projects Strong commercial and contractual acumen Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Track record of working for reputable construction businesses Stable employment history with strong tenure Driven, proactive and career-focused mindset Strong references from previous employers, clients and industry professionalsWhat you'll get in return
