You’ll join a forward-thinking team responsible for managing high-value, multi-site assets across hospitals, clinics, and community health facilities — with a focus on lifecycle planning, commercial performance, compliance, and capital improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the operational performance and commercial strategy of a national healthcare asset portfolio

• Developing and maintaining lifecycle asset management plans, including maintenance, capital works, and sustainability initiatives

• Conducting asset condition assessments and performance reviews

• Partnering with facilities management, finance, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of service and compliance

• Supporting lease negotiations, capital works delivery, and procurement decisions

• Preparing reporting for executives and providing advice on long-term asset planning

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in asset management within healthcare, aged care, property, or infrastructure sectors

• Strong knowledge of building lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and facilities operations

• Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and align asset decisions with business goals

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — collaborative, practical, and outcomes-focused

• Relevant qualifications in Property, Engineering, Building Services, or Facilities Management
