We’re working with a national healthcare organisation to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead on maintenance delivery and long-term lifecycle planning across a portfolio of critical healthcare assets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the delivery of hard facilities management services across a national healthcare asset portfolio
Developing and implementing asset lifecycle strategies — from condition assessments to long-term capital works plans
Managing contracts and vendor performance for maintenance and reactive services
Ensuring compliance with statutory, safety, and accreditation requirements
Overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules in collaboration with on-site teams
Working closely with asset management, finance, and clinical leadership to align operations with broader business objectives
Providing reporting, insights, and operational recommendations to senior executives
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing facilities or asset operations across healthcare, aged care, or large-scale infrastructure environments
Deep knowledge of maintenance planning, lifecycle asset management, and compliance frameworks
Strong contract management skills — including vendor performance, KPI oversight, and budget control
An ability to translate strategy into practical operations that improve performance and reduce risk
Qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
