Step into a fast-paced, high-tech environment at the Coles Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) in Kemps Creek! Labourforce is seeking motivated, dependable, and experienced Forklift Operators to support one of Australia’s largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated facility.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through a fully automated distribution centre, working alongside advanced systems and cutting-edge machinery. This role requires minimum 12 months’ experience operating twin tyne forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate forklifts, including twin tyne forklifts, to transport, load, and unload goods
- Decant and replenish stock into automated systems using forklift equipment
- Support and monitor material flow through automated picking and replenishment systems
- Perform routine safety checks and basic forklift maintenance
- Work collaboratively to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
- Strictly adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 12 months’ experience operating twin tyne forklifts (mandatory)
- Proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- Comfortable working with technology and willing to learn automated systems
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-focused attitude
SHIFT DETAILS – MONDAY TO SATURDAY ROSTER
Day Shift:
- Start times between 5:00am – 7:00am
- 10-hour shifts if required
Afternoon Shift:
- 3:00pm – 11:06pm
- 10-hour shifts if required
- Flexibility to work additional days during peak periods is essential
- Commitment to rostered shifts with some flexibility required
PAY RATE
$42.50 – $47.00 per hour
