Pearl Recruitment are proud to partner with our client who is a leading manufacturing company specialising in agricultural products and chemicals. As a result of an increased workflow, they are currently seeking Process Workers to join their team based in Kwinana.
Role Details
Location: Kwinana
Days of Work: Monday - Friday (7AM - 3PM)
Contract: Ongoing Casual with view of permanency
Rate of Pay: $34 + Super + Penalties
The Role
This role is diverse and will see you assisting with product formulation whilst ensuring accurate records are maintained. Other duties include but not limited to packaging, labelling, forklift operating and general housekeeping.

Key Requirements
- Drivers Licence (essential)
- Forklift ticket (essential)
- Experience within a similar role in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Advanced interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- A strong commitment to safety
