Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Property Coordinator to join a specialist retail property management business focused on delivering high-quality shopping centre services and operational excellence. This company is recognised for its expertise in managing, leasing, and developing retail assets, supporting growth and tenant satisfaction across its portfolio. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience providing administrative and operational support within retail property management, ensuring efficient day-to-day centre operations and stakeholder engagement.

The Retail Property Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the centre management team, handling tenant communications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the centre management team
  • Coordinate tenant liaison, communications, and onboarding processes
  • Manage maintenance requests and contractor engagement
  • Maintain property records, compliance, and operational databases
  • Assist with operational reports, budgets, and financial processes
  • Support centre events, marketing, and community engagement activities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in retail or commercial property administration or coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Cirrus8)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
