About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a growing team in Melbourne. This role involves providing clinic-based and community-based therapy services, primarily supporting elderly and aged care clients under the NDIS.
You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, developing tailored therapy plans, and working closely with clients and their families to support independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals

Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans

Deliver therapy services in clinic and community settings

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as required

Educate clients and families on therapy strategies and techniques

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the therapy journey

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Australian driver’s licence
