Boilermaker
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join a well established rail maintenance and fabrication workshop based in Wollongong. This is a day shift role with an immediate start available.

About the role

• Workshop based boilermaking and fabrication duties
• MIG welding as a core requirement
• Fabrication and maintenance of rail machinery components
• Reading drawings and completing jobs to specification
• Working independently and as part of a small workshop team

Skills and experience

• Trade qualification preferred but not essential
• Strong MIG welding experience required
• Backgrounds considered include Boilermaker, Sheet Metal Tradesperson or 2nd Class Welder
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Reliable, safety focused and able to work to deadlines
