About the Role
As the Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, you will combine your advanced clinical skills with leadership, mentorship, and education to raise the bar in professional development across the organisation—and the wider industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality clinical education courses for the organisation’s Professional Development Platform

Deliver expert content through face-to-face workshops

Provide 1:1 clinical mentorship and guidance to team members

Offer specialised clinical mentorship within your MSK expertise

Maintain a clinical caseload as a Physiotherapist (24 billable hours)

Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to research-informed practice improvements

Earn commission on course sales and subscriptions you develop
This hybrid role allows you to be based across any of the organisation’s facilities.
About You
Essential:
-
Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
-
Beneficial: at least 2 years’ experience working within the NDIS

Extensive musculoskeletal experience

Pursuing or holding APA Titled recognition (advantageous)

Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to independently advance your clinical skillset

Proven ability to meet KPIs

Bachelor or Postgraduate Entry Qualification in Physiotherapy

General AHPRA registration
-
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
-
Ability to work flexibly and travel as required
