Accounts Payable Officer

Golding is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at our Milton office.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated, and highly detail-oriented. A proactive and organised work style, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be essential to your success in this role. Your previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment will position you well to join our fun and close-knit Accounts Team.

You will be required to:

• Perform a full-function accounts payable role
• Efficiently process a high volume of invoices
• Reconcile creditor accounts
• Generate and maintain reports
• Proactively contribute to process improvement activities and initiatives
• Perform various administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc queries

You will have:

• A minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
• Advanced SAP skills and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• The ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously
