What you’ll do
You won’t be building a pipeline from scratch. Opportunities come from owners of managed properties who decide to sell, finance clients, and the business development team.
- Conduct market appraisals and prepare price estimates
- Present campaign plans to vendors
- Manage campaigns from listing through to settlement, keeping vendors regularly updated
- Run open homes and private inspections
- Present offers to vendors and negotiate sales
- Prospect for new listings and keep the CRM up to date
- Refer clients to the property management and finance teams where appropriate

About you
- At least two years’ experience listing and selling residential property, with a verifiable record of settled sales
- Current WA sales registration
- Current driver’s licence
- Satisfactory national police check and the right to work in Australia
