We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a high-performing team in Cleveland, delivering a portfolio of major and minor Civil and Traffic Infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and can confidently drive program outcomes from planning through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Coordinating and managing civil and traffic infrastructure projects and programs

✅ Overseeing project delivery across infrastructure asset lifecycle phases

✅ Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, Councillors, and external stakeholders

✅ Preparing technical reports, briefings, and presentations

✅ Providing leadership, guidance, and strategic project support

✅ Managing competing priorities and navigating sensitive or complex issues

✅ Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience managing civil and traffic infrastructure projects and programs

✔ Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, asset lifecycle management, and program management practices

✔ Exceptional communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Experience leading teams and influencing positive outcomes

✔ Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including Councillors

✔ Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities

✔ Sound judgement and the confidence to work autonomously in complex environments

✔ Resilience, adaptability, innovation, and a solutions-focused mindset
