We are recruiting for an outstanding Clinical Lead – Obstetrics & Gynaecology opportunity with a well-established regional health service in Tasmania.

A Different Kind of Lifestyle
Imagine finishing work without the long commute, having the coast, mountains and wilderness on your doorstep, and being able to enjoy a lifestyle that can be increasingly difficult to achieve in Australia's major cities.

Tasmania offers an enviable combination of coastal living, spectacular natural surroundings, excellent local produce, welcoming communities and affordable housing, while still providing the opportunity to develop a highly rewarding specialist career.

Whether your weekends involve beaches, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, wineries, farmers' markets or simply having more time with family, this is an opportunity to achieve genuine balance without compromising your career.

The Opportunity
Working alongside the Clinical Director – Women’s & Children’s Services, you will provide clinical and strategic leadership across Obstetrics and Gynaecology while continuing to deliver specialist care.
You will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of the service, support workforce and service development, mentor junior doctors and trainees, and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.
