Trade Waiter

Located at 50 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele is a restaurant offering a range of high-quality food and beverage options in a vibrant dining setting. The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing professional table service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.
• Providing customers with information about menu items, daily specials, and beverages, responding to enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
• Setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
• Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Liaising effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing service-related enquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and service throughout each shift.
• Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role.
• Valid NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Strong knowledge of professional food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and professional table service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
• Well-presented, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality customer service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum + Superannuation
