As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Mobile Maintenance Planner to join Genesis Mining Services (GMS) and play a key role within our Asset Management team, supporting the reliability and performance of our expanding mobile fleet across our Goldfields operations.

We're particularly interested in hearing from trade qualified planners who have developed their careers within mining contractors, mining services or similarly dynamic maintenance environments
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager GMS Assets, you will support reliability improvement and downtime reduction through effective planning, scheduling and maintenance strategies for our heavy mobile equipment fleet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance preventative and corrective maintenance schedules
- Assist with BOM development and work instructions for planned maintenance activities
- Plan maintenance activities around production schedules to minimise operational impacts
- Analyse equipment performance data to support predictive maintenance strategies
- Manage long term component replacement planning aligned with reliability objectives
- Review and improve asset strategies and rolling maintenance plans
- Work closely with reliability and asset management teams to support whole-of-life asset performance
About You
In this role, adaptability, versatility and a practical, solutions-focused mindset are highly valued. We'd love to hear from candidates who bring:
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (highly regarded)
- Experience in mobile maintenance planning and scheduling
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems, particularly Pronto and/or AMT
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive and solutions focused approach
- A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
