A highly regarded specialist Family Law practice is looking to welcome an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to its Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity for a lawyer who knows Family Law well, enjoys working closely with clients and is looking for a genuine long-term home where they can continue to grow their practice.

You’ll work alongside an experienced senior team across a broad range of Family Law matters, taking responsibility for your own matters and clients while contributing to the wider team. The role offers plenty of autonomy, senior-level involvement and the opportunity to continue developing your technical expertise, client relationships and professional profile.

Flexibility is genuinely on the table. The team is open to part-time arrangements for the right person, as well as an outstanding WFH offering. The focus is on finding the right person and building an arrangement that works for both sides.

There is also a great platform for someone who has an established client or referrer network and wants to continue building it. You’ll be supported to grow your profile and practice, although bringing a following is certainly not a prerequisite!

• Has strong, dedicated Family Law experience

• Is confident working at a senior level and alongside experienced practitioners
