Procurement Specialist – Argyle

Perth | Short-Term Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join the team supporting the transition of the former Argyle Diamond Mine into its Monitoring & Maintenance phase.

This is a great opportunity for a procurement professional to work on a unique and high-profile mine closure project, supporting a busy pipeline of upcoming procurement packages and contracts.

The Role
You’ll work closely with project and technical teams to:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and pre-award procurement activities.
• Develop and manage RFPs/RFQs and tender processes.
• Support stakeholders with scope development and procurement strategy.
• Evaluate commercial proposals and support negotiations.
• Establish and vary contracts.
• Manage multiple procurement activities and stakeholders.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:

• 8+ years’ procurement experience.
• Strong pre-award and sourcing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong SAP Ariba experience - essential.
• SAP experience highly regarded.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace.
• Experience working with Traditional Owner businesses or in complex stakeholder environments is highly desirable.
• Mining/resources experience is advantageous but not essential.
