About the role
This role supports the growth and execution of Sambucol and Nature's Way across Southeast Asia. You will support regional brand strategy, coordinate initiatives, and enable consistent, high-quality execution across markets. Supporting innovation and NPD, including gate processes, artwork updates, and cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory and Supply chain to ensure compliant, timely delivery. This is a hands-on regional role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting regional brand strategy and execution
- Translate plans into clear market toolkits
- Ensure brand consistency across markets
- Lead and support NPD projects
- Post launch optimisation
- Manage artwork updates, approvals, and version control
- Track market, competitor, and consumer insights
- Prepare presentations for regional forums
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
About you
- Marketing/ Business/Science degree qualified
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Confident cross functional communicator
- Interest in regional / global brand career
